GENERAL PROVISIONS

Principles of Personal Data Processing

Our Organization determines the principles of personal data processing based on REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

We ensure that the processed data is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; we take every reasonable step to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay ("accuracy");

Personal data shall be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89(1) subject to implementation of the appropriate technical and organisational measures required by this Regulation in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of the data subject ("storage limitation");

Personal data shall be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures ("integrity and confidentiality").

DATA TRANSFER AND DATA PROCESSORS

IMPLAN-MED Kft. transfers the personal data of patients to third parties only on the basis of a legal obligation or with the express consent of the data subject.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The data subject may request information about the processing of their personal data, and may request the rectification, or – with the exception of mandatory data processing – the erasure or blocking of their personal data, and may object to the data processing at the contact details of the data controller.
