What people usually ask
Yes, absolutely. We don't charge anything for it, and you don't have to provide credit card details or anything else. We do this so that both you and we know in advance if it makes sense to proceed.
Whatever you have: a panoramic X-ray or CT scan (if taken within the last year), some photos of your teeth, and a list of your regular medications. If you have none of these, write anyway — we can still give an initial opinion based on a description, it will just be less precise.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who promises that. Based on an image, one can only responsibly give an estimated cost range. The exact, itemized amount is determined after the on-site examination — but always in writing before treatment begins.
No. The assessment is yours, even if you ultimately choose not to come to us, or if you don't take any action for now. We won't pressure you, and we won't send you follow-up messages for weeks.
We use it exclusively to respond to you. We do not pass it on to third parties, and we do not send newsletters unless you specifically request them.
