We work exclusively with Swiss Straumann implants. This is one of the oldest, most researched, and most extensively tested implant systems in the world — the same one used by clinics in Vienna. The difference is not in quality, but in price.
This has two practical consequences for you. First, Straumann system components will still be available decades from now — if anything ever needs replacing, it can be done anywhere in Europe. Second, an obscure, cheaper brand won't be placed in your bone, one that nobody will know anything about in ten years.

Digital preliminary planning — before you even travel
We are already working for you before your first visit to Mosonmagyaróvár. Send us your records or X-rays — we will analyze them and provide an initial estimate. If you already have an implant, bring your implant passport: this way, we don't have to examine anything twice.
Clinical examination and 3D diagnostics
During the first visit, we don't just look at your teeth, but also the gums and jawbone — the foundation on which the implant will rest. If necessary, a 3D scan (CBCT) is taken. No guessing, no assumptions: just a reliable basis for a decision that lasts for decades.
Individual plan and open cost discussion
Based on the findings, we develop a plan tailored to your situation — not a textbook template. Together we discuss the options, how long they will take, and how much they will cost. There is no fine print. We only proceed when you understand everything and feel comfortable.
Implantation and healing
Most of our patients say in hindsight: it was easier than they thought. We work calmly and explain every step in advance. Healing takes at least 3 months in the lower jaw and 4 in the upper — but you won't be without teeth during this time: you will receive a temporary denture or PMMA restoration.
Final restoration and aftercare
When healing is complete, the best part arrives: the placement of the perfectly fitting crown, bridge, or denture. Afterward, we accompany you with regular check-ups and show you how to care for it at home — so it lasts a long time. A very long time.

What most people ask
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia — you will not feel pain during it. Afterward, there may be mild swelling or sensitivity for a few days, which is managed with standard painkillers. Most of our patients say it was easier than a complicated tooth extraction.
From implantation to the final tooth usually takes 4–6 months, because the bone needs time. You will not be without teeth during this time. The real question is not the total time, but how often you need to travel — we plan this so you have to travel as infrequently as possible.
In most cases, two or three times. You will receive the exact number in writing after the first assessment, so you can plan ahead.
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, it can last a lifetime. The Straumann system has decades of clinical data — which is why we work exclusively with it.
Many of our patients have heard this elsewhere — and yet it was solvable for most of them. Bone grafting is a preparatory step, after which the implantation can be performed safely.
